By accessing and using Florida HOA Compliance ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Florida HOA Compliance provides a web-based platform designed to help Florida Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations comply with Florida House Bill 1203 and related state requirements. Our services include:

• Document management and posting
• Compliance tracking and alerts
• Member portal and communication tools
• Meeting management and minutes
• Financial reporting and transparency
• Board certification tracking

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable Florida state laws and regulations
• Not upload or share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users

4. Account Security

5. Payment Terms

Our service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Free trial periods are limited to one per organization

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Florida HOA Compliance and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. You retain ownership of any data you upload to our service, and we will not use your data except as necessary to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Florida HOA Compliance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Florida Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
